Starting at $650

When you first reach out, we'll discuss your project to get a sense of scope.  Next, we'll schedule a meeting at the job site to discuss the project in more detail.  This meeting is free of charge.  Your contractor should attend this meeting if you've already chosen one.  After our site meeting, it typically takes about a day to put together my estimate.  It will outline the scope of work, the cost, and may also detail the cost of any extras and/or changes to the initial plans.  Some projects can be done for a flat fee, while others may require an hourly rate.   When the renderings are complete, I'll share several screenshots from numerous angles, a walkthrough video, as well as a layout (similar to a blueprint), all of which may be shared with your contractor to help keep everyone on the same page.   

Starting at $650 

I work with contractors all over the U.S.  I try to keep the process as simple as possible.  Just provide me with dimensions and any ideas you or your client may have in terms of the desired layout.  Include any finishes/colors/countertops/floors etc. the client has chosen if possible and I'll do my best to get them (or something close to them if a 3D file isn't available for that particular item) into the rendering.  As I'm working through the rendering I will stay in touch to make sure we stay on the same page until we're done.  Turnaround time varies based on the complexity of the build, but on average I can complete renderings inside of a week.  Please note that I am not an architect or an engineer.  This service is best used for general visualization.
